DELIVERY TIME

All orders made before 8:00am (AEDT/ Sydney Time) each day (Monday to Friday) are packed and sent the same day. Please allow up to 48 hours for your orders to be dispatched during and just after sale periods and during holiday periods.

If you have not received your items within 5 working days of making your order please email us with your order number. In most cases, this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and unfortunately you were not home! We can confirm to see where your parcel may be.

DELIVERY

If you are not home at the time of your order’s delivery, you will be left a calling card. Your order will be redirected to your local post office and you can collect the parcel from your local post office with your Photo ID.

Some packages may require a signature on delivery and will not be released without a signature. The delivery of your package may be delayed if your delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery. If no one is present to sign for confirmation of your order, the package will be sent to your local post office for collection.

There may be some delays with shipping which are beyond our control and we do not take responsibility and/or liability for any of these processing delays.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your purchase order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your purchase order’s tracking number. You will be sent a unique tracking code for your parcel that can be tracked online.

Please allow up to 48 hours between Monday to Friday to receive your tracking number by email. If you have not received your tracking number, please check your ‘Junk’ folder in your email, as it may have been automatically filtered.

Bossy Pants are quick in processing all customer orders to ensure all orders are received on time. If you have processed the same purchase order more than once, it is likely that your purchase orders will be shipping before Customer Care can attend to this and you will need to follow the instructions of our Returns Policy.

If an in-stock garment(s) is purchased with a pre-order item, the order will be placed on hold and shipped out together once the pre-order garment(s) has arrived. If you would like to receive your in-stock item separately, please notify us by email.

Please note that pre-orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided by a customer, the order will be returned to Bossy Pants and the customer must pay to re-ship the purchase order.

Unfortunately, Bossy Pants is not held responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays in transit. Bossy Pants does not take on any responsibility and/or liability of a purchase order once delivered and confirmed delivered by tracking.
