Sorry to be a Bossy Pants, but, you may want to see the following FAQs to see if we can answer one of your Questions without having to contact us.

How long will Bossy Pants take to reply to my email?

Bossy Pants want to get back to you ASAP!

 

Please allow Customer Care 1-2 business days to reply to your email. Please also take into consideration sale periods and holiday periods (including public holidays).

What Payment Methods do Bossy Pants accept?

Bossy Pants are constantly extending payment methods for your convenience. We currently accept the following Payment Methods:

©     Bossy Pants Credit-Notes and Gift Cards (Please Note: must be valid at time of purchase).

©     Bank Deposit (Please Note: Bank Deposits do take up to 3-5 working days to clear and your purchase order will only be processed once Bossy Pants have received cleared funds.)

Is it safe to pay by Credit Card on the Bossy Pants website?

Bossy Pants value your privacy and security, which is why Bossy Pants use eWay and PayPal to process all Credit Card transactions to ensure our customers are protected. Our website is industry-standard and secured.

CREDIT-NOTES AND GIFT CARDS

How do I use my Credit-Note?

Go to www.bossypants.com.au, add your loved products to your Shopping Bag and proceed with the Check-Out Process as normal.

 

Once you reach the “Shipping & Payment” step of the Check-Out Process, select the “Gift Card” option as your Payment Method and add your Bossy Pants Gift Card code in the Gift Card field at the “Place Order” step of the Check-Out Process. Voila!

 

(Please Note: a Credit-Note is another form of a Gift Card).

I received a Bossy Pants Gift Card! Yay! How do I use it?

Yay You! Go to www.bossypants.com.au, add your loved products to your Shopping Bag and proceed with the Check-Out Process as normal.

 

Once you reach the “Shipping & Payment” step of the Check-Out Process, select the “Gift Card” option as your Payment Method and add your Bossy Pants Gift Card code in the Gift Card field at the “Place Order” step of the Check-Out Process. Voila!

Do I need to use my Credit-Note/Gift-Card in one transaction?

No, we’re not that Bossy!

 

You do not need to use your entire Bossy Pants Credit-Note/ Gift Card in one transaction/purchase order. Provided you use your Credit-Note/Gift Card before the expiry date, then you may continue to use your Credit-Note/Gift Card for a number of transactions/purchase orders. Your Credit-Note/Gift Card will be updated each time you use your Credit-Note/Gift Card until you run out of your balance and/or your Credit-Note/Gift Card has expired.

ORDERING

Will I receive a confirmation email once I have placed my Purchase Order:

Off Course!

 

You will receive an email confirmation after purchasing your order, to confirm we have received your order successfully.

 

If for some reason, you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your Promotional, Spam and Junk folder of your email inbox as it may have automatically filtered through.

 

Contact our Customer Care team below to forward this Email to you again.

Can I change the Shipping Address of my Purchase Order?

If you have mistakenly checked out with an incorrect address, please contact Bossy Pants Care at: info@bossypants.com.au URGENTLY.

 

In your email please include the correct Shipping Address so we can update your shipping address promptly and complete your order with as minimal delays as possible. We are generally able to change the shipping address, however, may not be able to do so if  the Purchase Order has already been shipped. Bossy Pants will not be held liable or responsible for Purchase Orders you do not receive where you have provided the incorrect Shipping Address.

Can I change my Purchase Order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately, Purchase Orders cannot be changed once they have been placed.

If you have realised any information on your Purchase Order is incorrect, please contact Bossy Pants Care URGENTLY at info@bossypants.com.au. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that any changes to your Purchase Order can be made. Bossy Pants will not be held liable or responsible for any incorrect information provided by you.

Can I cancel my Purchase Order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately, Purchase Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. Please refer to our Returns Policy.

12.

I just placed my Purchase Order; can I add another garment(s)?

Unfortunately, you cannot add items to and existing Purchase Order. Please place a new Purchase Order and contact Bossy Pants Care immediately at info@bossypants.com.au. We may be able to combine both your Purchase Orders in one shipping and if we are able to do so, we will happily issue you a store Credit-Note for any additional shipping paid.

SHIPPING AND TRACKING

How much is Shipping?

Our shipping rates are $8.00 for express post, which will be delivered between 1-2 days.

How long until I receive my Purchase Order?

We send all Purchase Orders by express post, which should arrive between 1-2 days.

15.

When will my Purchase Order be shipped?

All Purchase Orders made before 9:00 am (AEDT/ Sydney Time) from Monday to Friday are Packed and Shipped the same day. All Purchase Orders made on weekends, will be fulfilled the following business day. Please allow up to 48 hours for your orders to be dispatched during sale periods.

 

Once your Purchase Order has been shipped, please allow 1-2 days to receive your Purchase Order.

 

If you have not received your Purchase Order within 5 business days of making your Purchase Order, please email Bossy Pants Care at info@bossypants.com.au and include your Purchase Order number. In most cases, this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and unfortunately you were not home! If this is the case, your parcel should be waiting for you at your nearest post office for your collection. Please note that you will need Photo ID to collect your parcel from your local post office.

Where is my Tracking Number?

Once your Purchase Order is packed and shipped, you will receive an email with your Tracking Number. You will be sent a unique tracking code for your parcel that can be tracked online.

 

For all Purchase Orders made on:

©     Weekdays (Monday to Friday), please allow up to 48 hrs to receive a Tracking Number.

©     Weekends (Saturday AND Sunday), you will receive a Tracking Number the following business day (after a Public Holiday).

 

Please check your Promotional, Spam and Junk folder of your email inbox as your Tracking Number may have automatically filtered through.

How do I track my Purchase Order?

Easy! You can track your Purchase Order by going to AusPost Express and entering your Tracking Number: http://auspost.com.au/track/.

My Purchase Order has not arrived – Help!

If you have not received your Purchase Order within 5 business days, please contact Bossy Pants Care at info@bossypants.com.au and include your Purchase Order number.

Do you send to PO Boxes?

Yes! We send your Purchase Orders Australia-wide.

RETURNS

20.

What is the Bossy Pants Returns Policy?

Please refer to our Returns Policy. But, in a nutshell:

©     All returns will be issued with a Credit-Note, provided they meet the Bossy Pants eligibility criteria;

©     Garment(s) MUST be return within 14 days of Purchase Date;

©     Garment(s) MUST be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear;

©     Garment(s) MUST have all tags attached in original packaging; and

©     Garment(s) MUST not be a sale item at time of purchase (excluding full priced items purchased using a discount code).

 

For Safety and Hygiene purposes, the following items cannot be returned, under any circumstances, whether in-store or online:

©     Accessories (Any products within Accessories category)

©     Lingerie

©     Swimwear 

 

All Sale Items cannot be returned!

 

Please Note: Bossy Pants reserve the right not to accept returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria, at their sole discretion.

Can I return Sale Items?

All Sale Items cannot be returned. Please refer to our Returns Policy.

How do I make a Return?

Please use our Returns Form. Please also refer to our Returns Policy. In a nutshell:

©     Download the Returns Form here;

©     Print the Returns Form;

©     Complete the Returns Form. Ensure that you fill out all details clearly;

©     Place the Returns Form in your packaging; and

©     Send your Returns, along with the Returns Form, to the following address:

Can I exchange a garment(s)?

Unfortunately not, but, we do offer a Credit-Note so that you may simply re-order another garment(s).

 

If you would like to exchange an item, we would recommend returning the unwanted item back to us for a full Credit-Note and placing a new Purchase Order. If you need an urgent exchange, we would recommend that you purchase the replacement size prior to sending back the return garment(s) and we will issue you with a Credit-Note once we receive your unwanted garment(s).

How long do I have to return a garment(s)?

Bossy Pants provides a full Credit-Note for all Purchase Orders returned within 14-days of ordering. Please refer to our Returns Policy.

25.

How long does it take to process my Return?

Once a Returns garment(s) reach Bossy Pants, Bossy Pants will inspect the garment(s) to ensure the eligibility criteria has been met). Within ten (10) days of receiving the Returns garment(s), Bossy Pants will issue a Credit-Note, at its sole discretion.

How can I track the status of my Return?

Unfortunately, you cannot track the status of your Return garment(s) with Bossy Pants. However, we recommend you use tracked parcels when sending returns back to Bossy Pants. Once the Returns garment(s) arrives to Bossy Pants, you will be notified by email with the amount of store Credit that you will have.

 

Please note, Bossy Pants will not be held liable or responsible for any return parcels lost by Australia Post or any other couriers.

What is a Store Credit/Credit-Note?

A Store Credit is a Credit-Note that you receive in the form of an email, which contains the value of your Credit and the Code to use at checkout for your next purchase. A Store Credit/Credit-Note can be used in-store or online. All Credit-Notes expire within 3 months from the date of issue. All Credit-Notes are provided in Australian Dollars.

Yikes! A faulty garment(s) – how do I return?

Bossy Pants do a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipped to our customers. We aim to provide our customers with products of good standard and quality and for a good price (“the Bossy Pants Balance”).

 

If you unfortunately receive a garment(s) with a manufacturing fault, Bossy Pants Care will help resolve the problem as fast as possible! Please email Bossy Pants Care at: info@bossypants.com.au for instructions on how to return a faulty garment(s). Please help us speed up the returns process by providing a photo showing the defect/ fault, when contacting us below. We look forward to assisting you!

How do I return an incorrect item?

Because we are so Bossy, this rarely happens, but we are all human no matter what Pants we wear. If you received a garment(s) that is different to the one that you ordered, please contact Bossy Pants Care at: info@bossypants.com.au. We look forward to assisting you.

I want to be a Bossy Pants – how do I create an Account?

Making an Account is EASY because we are so Bossy! To Shop Bossy Pants, you need to make an account! It allows you to place Purchase Orders without you having to fill in your standard contact details each time you shop with us.

 

Please Note you can simply create an account now or you can shop first and create an account at Check-Out!

How do I change the details on my Account?

You can change your details by logging into your Account and selecting “Edit Details”. On this page, you can change your personal information and details.

Why can’t I sign into my Account?

Say what?! Please ensure you are entering the correct Username and Password to Sign In to your Bossy Pants Account. If you have forgotten your password, please select “I forgot my password” on the Sign In page and follow the prompts.

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

If you have forgotten your password, please select “I forgot my password” on the Sign In page and follow the prompts.

 

You can also change your password on your Account selecting “Edit Details”. Select “Change Password” and a drop down menu will appear asking you to enter your old password/temporary password, before entering your new password. Click “SAVE” to update your password.

WISH LIST AND RESTOCK

What is a wish-list?

Sometimes we sell out of sizes/colours, etc in certain garment(s), but, if you add to your wish-list, we will notify you when we have restocked that garment(s) for you to purchase!

 

Please Note that some garment(s) may never be restocked once they have sold out in a size/colour, etc.

What does request to re-stock mean?

If you request for Bossy Pants to restock a garment(s), it means you are voting for Bossy Pants to get more of a garment(s) or re-sell a popular garment(s).

 

Please Note that some garment(s) may never be restocked or re-sold.

How do I make a Restock Request?

Easy! Simply:

 

©     Click on the product you want Bossy Pants to Restock;

©     Select your size/colour (which is sold out);

©     Click “Restock/Wish List” button; and

©     Enter your email in the pop up box.

 

You will be notified Via Email once the product is back in stock!    

 

Please Note that some garment(s) may never be restocked once they have sold out in a size/colour, etc.

Do you restock every product?

We try our Bossy Pants best! However, we cannot guarantee that every garment(s) sold out will be restocked.

Do you have a physical store?

Not right now, but, we are working on it!

 

At the moment, Bossy Pants is an Online Store, which means you can shop with us 24/7 at your own convenience! We know you are a busy boss babe on the go, which is why we have tried to make online shopping simple and convenient.

How can I model for Bossy Pants?

Your camera phone is all you need! We love to see Bossy Pants on all women so when you take a photo of yourself in a Bossy Pants styled outfit, share the photo on Instagram and tag us @bossy_pants_clothing! We may then re-post your photo and tag you!
